Winter Fuel Allowance

We have received numerous emails from retired members regarding the government’s decision to withdraw the Winter Fuel Allowance for all pensioners not receiving the Pensions Credit. We will reply to these emails in due time. In the meantime it is our intention to vigorously campaign against this decision alongside other pensioners and retired members trade union organisations. We will keep you informed of all developments and we will also be holding a meeting of the Retired Members Committee and Regional Leads in the near future to discuss this matter.
